Refund policy

At WM Bubbles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns:

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• A proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used items.

• Custom or personalized products.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@wmbubbles.com 

Shipping Costs for Returns:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
